Our investment strategy

Our target portfolio companies must meet the following criteria:

Revenue

We invest only in projects that have already launched a product, generate high revenue* , and are growing rapidly.

Product availability

We invest in products whose value has already been validated by customers. We prefer industries targeting retail consumers, as well as small and medium-sized businesses.

Growth

To be listed by Toloka, a project must show stable revenue growth over the last 6–12 months.

Market

Our target companies operate in large and growing markets: the Americas, Europe, Asia.

Team

Our focus is on projects with strong founding teams.

Priority

We support Ukrainian entrepreneurs and products that help make the world a better place.
